AMS Sales Representative SMS Messaging Program Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your agreement to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from an AMS sales representative, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the (1) mobile telephone number you provided when signing up, (2) the mobile number from which you signed up, or (3) any other number that you designate (the “Program”). By subscribing to AMS text messaging, you consent to these Terms.

Consent to receive automated or personalized marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase; however, if you make a purchase from AMS via text message, you understand and accept that AMS is willing to sell its products to you only if you accept AMS’s Terms and Conditions of purchase, available at www.amsi-corp.com/terms-conditions.  Please review the Terms and Conditions of purchase carefully, as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations. Message frequency will vary. AMS reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time and to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported; and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. AMS, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All data and information you provide to AMS is used in accordance with AMS’s Privacy Policy. When you opt-in to receive text messages, purchase from AMS, provide your data or information to AMS or otherwise signify your intent to engage with AMS, you are signifying your consent to AMS’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein by reference.

By participating in the Program, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in any way related to these Terms or your receipt of text messages from AMS or its service providers in connection with the Program will be resolved by the binding arbitration and provisions set forth in the AMS Terms and Conditions.

Changes to Messaging Terms. We reserve the right to terminate or change the Program at any time. We also reserve the right to change these Terms at any time and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued receipt of messages from us following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Unsubscribe. To unsubscribe from the Program, text the keyword STOP in response to any text message received. After doing so, you may receive one additional message confirming your request. Please note that the platform hosting this Program may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include STOP and as such, these requests may not be honored and you agree that AMS and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message Programs, you may continue to receive text messages (1) from AMS for non-marketing purposes, and (2) from other programs hosted by AMS you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. For example, if you have opted in to receive promotional text messages from MCM® and are assigned to a sales representative in our Scarce & Unique® division as well, opt-in consent to receive text messages from one channel does not cross over into the other channel. You must therefore subscribe and unsubscribe to text messages within each channel separately.

Unsubscribing from the Program does not impact your prior consent to AMS Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
